This builds our reach and ensures that when we work a role we are able to reach out to passive candidates and tell them about your opportunity.

In the past year, Searchrsa made 203479 telephone calls and presented opportunities to 23 088 candidates. Add this to our internal database of 43 000 candidates and our commercial subscriptions of 500 000 candidates, and you'll see that we bring you the cumulative results of a decade in the business.  

 

For every candidate interviewed we would have presented the opportunity to 17.6 qualified candidates. Your interviews of three or four short-listed candidates would be the result of the opportunity being presented to at least 70 suitable candidates. In total, we would have made over 240 telephone calls to achieve this.  It should be clear by now that there is a vast difference between recruitment and a true search for talent. The top candidates are not in the market; they have excellent careers already.
